Prospective candidates will be responsible for the following:

Supervising and leading effectively your production crews
Maintaining a high level of operational standards and procedures
Meeting production targets set by the company
Actively promoting and complying with safety policies and procedures
Making certain time-keeping is adhered to, including hand-overs, crib times etc

To be suitable for these roles, candidates will require:

Previous experience in an underground supervisory role
QLD or NSW Third Class Certificate of Competency
A good reputation within the industry
Strong man-management capabilities with effective communication skills
Exceptional safety awareness and a proven track record in this area
